NoCo Cycling Without Age Scheduling Instructions

Thank you for your interest in Cycling Without Age.  Please read the instructions carefully, then use the link button near the bottom to schedule rides.

Instructions:

  1. You may schedule a ride 3 or more days in advance. Fill out and submit the form for your desired time slot.
  2.  See maps and addresses of the departure locations here. (use back arrow to return here).
  3. You should receive a confirmation email.  If you do not, please check your spam/junk folder.  If you still have not received an email within 5 minutes, contact us here: NoCo CWA Scheduling Technical Assistance
  4. Do not delete the confirmation email until after your ride – it is your only link back to your appointment details.
  5. Please note the total weight of one or two passengers should not exceed 310 lbs.
  6. If you have complex appointment requirements involving a large group, multiple hours, or dates that are not normally available, we can help.  please let us know using our special request form and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Preparation for the ride:

  • Arrive at the selected Trailhead 5 minutes before the ride.
  • When you arrive look for the trishaw and pilot. If they are running late from the previous ride, the pilot will call you if they will be more than 10 minutes late.
  • Passengers should be prepared for the weather.  A Hat, sweater or sweatshirt, drinking water bottle, sunglasses and sunscreen may make your ride more comfortable.
  • If needed, warm blankets can be provided to cover passengers.
  • Each passenger must sign a Participant Consent and Liability Release. We can provide this document when you arrive, but printing, signing, and bringing it with you will save time.

Contact information:

  • To make an appointment, passenger contact information is required on the signup form including name, email and cell phone#.  This contact information may be for the passengers themselves, or the passenger coordinator who is responsible for the passengers.
  • If there is a change to the schedule, the pilot will call the contact.
  • If you need to change or cancel the ride, you can do so up to 24 hours before the ride using the cancellation link on the confirmation email. If less than 24 hours before, please contact the pilot assigned to the appointment (whose contact information should be on your confirmation email).
